Gatke - Custom Flat Sheet

The unique properties of Gatke material in numerous high-load and wear applications make it an excellent choice. With the molding pressure being applied in the direction of bearing load, the resulting product, be it a wear strip, thrust washer, or whatever configuration, the Gatke material will withstand repeated shocks and heavy loads that will literally destroy metal and plastic materials.
Special shapes from flat stock are readily available in thicknesses up to 2" and sizes up to 28" wide by 120" in length. Parts can be machined and drilled to meet any customer requirement.
Industries utilizing flat Gatke stock are Railroad and Commuter Rail, Machine Press Equipment, Tread and Water Plates, Chemical Resistant and Thrust Bearings, as well as various Plate Liners.
