Jason Schuelke – Vice President, Engineering

Jason Schuelke is a versatile operations and engineering executive with over two decades of experience driving innovation, efficiency, and growth within manufacturing and engineering environments. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Scan-Pac Manufacturing, he leads cross-functional teams across engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance to optimize product development, quality, and production systems.

Previously, Jason held senior leadership roles at 4Front Engineered Solutions, where he successfully managed multimillion-dollar P&Ls, implemented groundbreaking customer success initiatives, and spearheaded large-scale product integrations and process improvements that significantly boosted profitability and operational efficiency.

Throughout his career, Jason has demonstrated a unique blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution. He is recognized for his ability to lead high-performing teams, enhance customer experiences, and never settle for the status quo.

Jason holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and has completed executive leadership training through the U.S. Small Business Administration. He is also an inventor with a U.S. patent in hydraulic brake systems.

Jason actively volunteers as a robotics mentor and mountain bike coach, continuing to invest in the next generation of innovators and leaders.

Outside of work, Jason is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and spending quality time outdoors with his family. You might also spot him on the football field each week of the fall season, working the chains for his sons’ games – he claims it is the best view in the house!
