Tarajee Rucker – Vice President, Human Resources

Tarajee Nasha Rucker serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Scan-Pac Manufacturing, bringing over 20 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. With a strong foundation in the manufacturing sector, Tarajee is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace where employees are empowered to reach their full potential.

Prior to joining Scan-Pac, Tarajee held strategic HR leadership roles at Pregis LLC, Johnson Controls, Rexnord, and her own coaching and consulting firm. Throughout her career, she has successfully led initiatives in performance management, leadership development, employee retention, and compliance, consistently driving cultural transformation and organizational effectiveness.
Tarajee earned her Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University, where she had the unique opportunity to work directly with Jack Welch and the JWI education team. She is known for her open and transparent coaching style, her ability to ask challenging questions, and her collaborative approach to achieving strategic goals.

Her experience spans the full spectrum of HR, including recruitment strategy, onboarding, training programs, leadership accountability, and retention planning. Tarajee brings strong communication skills and a proven track record of delivering results through people-centered strategies that align with business objectives.

Outside of work, Tarajee is an advocate for work-life balance and community engagement. She enjoys reading, meditation, and yoga, and has been actively involved in professional development organizations such as Emerging Professional Women (TEMPO), reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and supporting others in their growth.
